The Jonas Brothers Turned MetLife Into The Final Jam!

The Jonas Brothers Just Gave Us the Ultimate 2000s Fever Dream! Camp Rock Reunion, Jesse McCartney & All.
If you were lucky enough to be at MetLife Stadium Sunday night for the Jonas Brothers' “Greetings From Your Hometown” tour kickoff, congratulations by the way; you witnessed pop history.
Not only did Joe, Nick, and Kevin serve up their usual charm, harmonies, and Year 3000-level energy…they straight-up transported us back in a Time Machine built by their neighbor called Peter, to our Disney Channel days with two surprise appearances that had the entire internet screaming; Demi Lovato AND teen heart throb, Jesse McCartney!
This Is Me... Freaking Out!
Just when we thought the nostalgia couldn’t hit harder than a “Burnin’ Up” guitar riff, Joe Jonas launched into “Gotta Find You”, the emotional ballad that made Camp Rock a core memory in 2008.
And THEN the lights shifted, the crowd screamed, and Demi Lovato appeared like a full-blown Disney queen reborn. Yes, it finally happened: Joe and Demi reunited onstage to perform “This Is Me.”
Nearly 17 years after Mitchie and Shane’s Final Jam duet that melted tween hearts across the globe, they brought it back for one iconic night. They even threw in “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” from Camp Rock 2, because apparently this show was designed by a higher power named “Nostalgia.”
BUT as the stadium caught its breath from the most iconic Demi x Jonas moment, out walked THE Jesse McCartney, and the crowd of course, absolutely lost their minds…again! YES, the golden-haired 2000’s heartthrob behind “Beautiful Soul.” He grabbed the mic, sang the first notes, and suddenly we were all back in our childhood bedrooms screaming into our hairbrushes.
The way 80,000+ people collectively screamed “I don’t want another pretty face...” proves that song will forever live rent-free in everyone’s hearts.
With their 20th anniversary tour officially launched, the Jonas Brothers could’ve played it safe with just their own iconic hits. But nope, they came to serve. They gave us:
A surprise Camp Rock duet
A live performance of the pop equivalent of a Lisa Frank trapper keeper!
Two of the biggest teen icons of a generation on the same stage
They knew exactly what they were doing, and we loved and want to keep reliving every second of it.
Hey JoBros, Demi! Can We Get a Full Camp Rock Tour Now or? X (fka Twitter) exploded with reactions like: “Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas singing ‘This Is Me’ in 2025??? Childhood healed.”,
“Jesse McCartney??? I just time traveled to 2005 and I’m never coming back.”, and “That wasn’t a concert. That was a cultural reset.” And honestly? I couldn’t agree more.
Whether you were a die-hard Camp Rock kid, a Jesse fangirl, or just someone who needed a burst of Y2K serotonin, last night’s show was a reminder of one important truth:
Let’s be real: this wasn’t just a Jonas Brothers show, it was a love letter to an entire generation raised on Disney Channel originals and pop radio nostalgia. And while there’s no Camp Rock revival tour (yet 👀), this surprise reunion gave us just enough to dream about what could be.
